Train with me at Les Mills Auckland City, NZ. I'll take charge of your workouts using my highly effective methods and techniques. My goal is to to have you looking forward to each workout, & ensure you get the best out of each training session. We'll hit every target area, and rest-assured you will feel it!
GET A MEAL PLAN DESIGNED TO MEET YOUR NEEDS.
For needed fat loss, muscle gain, or overall health, I'll design exactly what you need to achieve your goals. I combine my vast knowledge with 20+ years experience transforming bodies and generating healthier habits!
