What makes your coaching different from others?

I offer real results and ensure each of my clients get what they need and pay for. I am honest, caring, and considerate of my client goals. Many online coaches sell their services on unrealistic results and false promises. I will tell you that it will take time to reach your goals and then a lifetime to maintain it. If you are ready to learn, commit, and build your body the right way, I'm the perfect fit for you. If you want to waste your time and money on a gimmick pipe dream, I'm sure you can find that everywhere in social media ads.

How fast will I see results?

This depends on how well you perform, commit, and adhere to your program. With a positive, determined mindset you will feel results right away, and start noticing physical changes within 30 days. Don’t be impatient because you’ve been taught by social media you can have the perfect body in 8 weeks. That is all a load of crap. Fat loss varies person to person, as does accumulating muscle. You need to stay on top of everything to continue getting results. Speed of results will come down to the quality of your program, and your habits outside of it. Just a little point of reference: As a bodybuilder, it can take me 16-20 weeks to get shredded with extreme discipline, and that is from a point of having fully developed muscles. In my case, I first focus on developing muscle, and then I manipulate diet and other parts of my program to keep as much muscle as possible whilst removing fat. More muscle = more efficiency at burning fat.

What is the difference between online training and in-person training?

All programs are designed determined by how often you can train each week. That way all areas of your body that need attention are accounted for. With in-person (1-on-1) personal training, you are led through training sessions side-by-side with me. As your coach, I ensure you use proper technique, train at an optimal tempo, and ensure you are doing things correctly, effectively, and safely. With Team Strong online training, you get an app-based training program customized to meet your needs and goals. You follow the exercises and instructions (video demo included) prescribed by me approximately every 4 weeks. There are multiple tools inside the app to track your progress, body stats, photos, and you may even connect your favorite fitness device. You have direct messaging access to me through the app anytime, and I get alerts on each workout you complete to keep you accountable and check your progress.

What if I am a complete beginner?

No worries! I will start you off with the basics and ensure you are pushed at a level you can handle without stress or worry. You will be supported every step of the way to ensure you understand what you are doing and why. You just have to show up and have a willingness to learn.  I love newbies, so you are in good hands.

What if I have old or current injuries?

Many people are afraid to train once they have encountered an injury. There are alternative things you can do depending on what has been injured and the severity.  What you don't want to happen is to train improperly with an injury, or to train too far around it creating an imbalance in your strength and development. This should be discussed and evaluated me based on what you have going on (covered by what you write in consultation form, or in-person/video/photos). However if it something I can't work with, or if you need special attention I may need to direct you to a physiotherapist or doctor prior to beginning training first.

What is your refund policy?

We are confident in what we deliver. The experience and knowledge included in your program offers real results. When you sign up, we begin customizing your programs straight away. So once you have paid your initial investment, this is non-refundable (this also goes for any purchased digital product). Don’t buy if you are doubting your ability to commit and follow through. Some people have 1 foot in the door and 1 foot out, and that pattern can obstruct their ability to get results.
